Why it exists

A wedding today lives in ten different places.

Every professional pays for four subscriptions that don't talk to each other — and every wedding is born fragmented. We stopped gluing pieces together: we built the one place.

“We didn't set out to build software. We set out to run better weddings — and no tool could keep up.”

The Wed Portal was born inside Chiaia Wedding Studio, a wedding photography studio working between Naples and the Amalfi Coast.

Every feature exists because a real wedding demanded it: the RSVP that wouldn't come back, the gallery link that got lost, the season finances scattered across spreadsheets. We built our own portal, ran our weddings on it — and kept refining it until other studios started asking for it.

Then we understood it wasn't a management tool: it was a different way to let everyone who touches a wedding live it — the ones who plan it, live it, celebrate it, create it. So we opened it to the world.
